Rules for this homebrew item

The Cybermatrix SpeedDraw Holster is a Speedholster which temporarily boosts the wearer's initiative when drawing a weapon.

When the wearer draws a weapon from this Speedholster, they add +2 to their initiative during their next turn if they use that weapon. They cannot gain this bonus on subsequent turns.

The Cybermatrix SpeedDraw Holster can only be used with one-handed melee and ranged weapons.
