Rules for this homebrew item

The Ghost Cloak is made from shiny chrome tech fabrics which disrupts how cameras perceive the wearer.

Anyone attempting to detect the wearer suffers a -4 penalty to their Perception (INT) Skill Check if they are using IR vision (thermal).

When optical cameras (security cameras, drone cameras, cyberoptics) are pointed towards the wearer, the footage received is filled with disruptive artifacts and colors. The fabric bends the user’s shape and makes them appear completely white or pitch black (depending on the environment) to optical cameras.

Someone looking at the footage can “see” the wearer, or at least, know that they are there, but cannot make out any details about the wearer. The footage cannot be modified to reverse these distortions.

The DV of any attack made by somebody who uses an optical camera in the process of the attack (such as someone wearing a cyberoptic) is increased by 2.

This cloak can be worn over armor and clothing.
