Rules for this homebrew item

The Кибер-глаз Versiya-III (V3 Cybereye) is the current generation of SRC cyberoptic. It is basic and rugged, and it has a tendency to bug out.

The V3 is a Cybereye. Install: Clinic. 8 (2d6+1) HL.

The V3 has 2 available option slots. When the wearer makes a Skill Check using an Awareness Skill and rolls a 1, the V3 bugs out, causing their vision to become glitchy and blurred. They have -2 to all Perception skill checks until the bug is fixed by succeeding a Cybertech Skill Check. If the wearer speaks Russian or if they have +6 in Streetslang, they can understand the error code that is flashing in their vision and it is a DV8 Cybertech Skill Check. Otherwise, it is a DV14 Cybertech Skill Check.

Delivering happiness... for the right price!
