Loudly shouting at you and everyone else about something.
4One or more go-gangers with pistols and leathers.
Telling you and everyone else that they need to leave the area.
5One or more traveling lawmen.
Questioning you about your business or your stuff.
6A group of corporate suits with bodyguards nearby.
They have just been in a massive car wreck.
7One or more insane looking people with wild clothing or rags.
Following you but not attempting to directly approach you.

Violent Encounters [2d10]

Ambushing you to kill you and/or take your stuff.
2A group of drugged out psychos with deadly weapons.
Demanding your stuff or else they’ll kill you.
3A violent road gang with wicked weapons and vehicles.
Demanding a toll to pass through an area or else they’ll kill you.
4Some angry nomads with a lot of guns and weapons.
Fighting with another group, and you are in the way.
5A squad of armed traveling lawmen.
Looting some bodies after a firefight, and you just walked in.
6An AV full of corporate operatives with heavy weapons.
Beating up some innocents for some reason, and you are there.
7An extremely heavily armored and armed nomad vehicle.
Either causing a car wreck or enjoying one they have caused.
8A pack of cruel city-dwellers with hired security.
Brutally murdering some travelers on the road.
9A pack of dangerous wild animals (maybe mutated?).
Having a celebration or wild party, and they don’t like you there.
10Some wretched scavengers with lots of weapons.
Patrolling an area they control, and they want you gone now!
Environmental Encounters [2d10]
RollWhat is It?What is Happening?
1A piece of road infrastructure or roadside building.
Something violently explodes near you and either starts a fire or threatens to start a fire.
2An abandoned or destroyed vehicle.
3A nearby large rock or stone formation.
Hazardous chemicals and/or noxious are released over a wide area, threatening everyone in that space.
4A tree or nearby big plant, possibly mutated.
5The roadway beneath you.
An obvious trap has been laid to kill you or someone else who passes by.
6An old roadway sign or billboard.
7A dead body or multiple dead bodies.
Something heavy, sharp, and/or dangerous threatens to hit you or fall on you.
8A piece of junk or pile of junk and trash.
9A suspicious but mundane item (radio, briefcase, wallet, etc.)
Something either blocks your way, makes passage difficult, or draws a crowd that blocks your path.
10A hazardous natural hole, ditch, or slump in the road.
