Created as a preventing measure, Trauma Team developed the Defibrillator Hands for use when a possible client is on the edge of leaving this world before they can arrive. 120 joules to the heart are better than no pulse at all.

Rules for this homebrew item

The Defibrillator Hands are a Cyberhand Option. Must be paired. Install: Clinic. 2d6 (8) HL. Requires a Cyberhand and takes 1 Option Slot.

You can use your Action to charge an electrical discharge into a surface you are touching, transferring a 120-joule shock. If you are touching a person who died within the last 1 minute, make a Medical Systems DV10 + the number of Rounds the person has been dead. If you are not a Medtech, use Paramedics DV12 + the number of Rounds the person has been dead. On a failure, the character is gone from this world with no turning back.

If you are grappling an enemy, you can use your Action to deliver an electrical shock against them. The target must make an Endurance Check against DV17. On a failure, the electrical shock counts as a successful Choke.
