Rules for this homebrew item

This Exotic Excellent Quality Medium Melee Weapon is a baseball bat from prestigious Japanese sporting goods company Sugihara that requires two hands to use. The Sugihara Smart Baseball Bat has an integrated SmartLink that ensures that the user has the proper angle, positioning and speed when striking incoming baseballs. The SmartLink works as if it were an attachment on a ranged weapon and grants a +1 bonus to hit the wielder with the proper cyberware, but only when playing baseball and when hitting incoming baseball-sized objects. This limited SmartLink can easily be jailbroken with a DV8 CyberTech Skill Check. When jailbroken, the integrated SmartLink instead grants a +1 bonus to hit at all times when striking with using the weapon.
